n1bajee Player Agreement

1. General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player") and n1bajee (hereinafter "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"). By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using any part of the n1bajee website, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the n1bajee platform and, if you have already registered an account, contact customer support to arrange account closure.

1.1 Eligibility Requirements

To register and use n1bajee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and throughout the duration of your account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. n1bajee strictly enforces the 18+ age requirement and reserves the right to request proof of age at any point.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual in your personal capacity, not as a representative of any corporate or commercial entity for the purposes of commercial gain.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of n1bajee or any of its affiliated technology or payment partners.
• You have not previously had an account on n1bajee that was closed due to a breach of these Terms or for fraudulent conduct.

1.2 Governing Language

These Terms are written and governed in English. In the event of any translation being provided for convenience, the English version shall prevail in all cases of conflict or ambiguity.

1.3 Amendments

n1bajee reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, registered players will be notified by a prominent notice on the platform or via their registered contact method. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at n1bajee/terms-conditions. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

2. Account Registration & Verification

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on n1bajee. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under different names, email addresses, payment method identifiers, or device profiles — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

2.1 Registration Information

When registering, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid contact method. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the life of your account. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during any subsequent verification process is grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of funds.

2.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

n1bajee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in line with responsible gaming and anti-fraud obligations. Before processing a withdrawal, and at any point the Platform reasonably requires, you may be asked to provide one or more of the following:

• A government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address dated within the previous three months (utility bill, bank statement, or similar official document).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (screenshot of bKash, Nagad, or bank account in your name).

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in withdrawal requests being held pending and, in cases of suspected fraud or identity misrepresentation, account suspension.

2.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials. n1bajee will never ask you for your password via any communication channel. You must notify support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation. n1bajee cannot be held liable for losses arising from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to secure your account credentials.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on n1bajee are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. Additional methods may be made available from time to time at the Platform's discretion.

3.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. There is no maximum deposit limit under standard account conditions, though enhanced due diligence may be applied to large single deposits.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly upon confirmation from the relevant payment provider. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method and any maintenance windows at the provider level.
• You may only deposit funds from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in funds being held and the account being reviewed.
• n1bajee does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges for which n1bajee accepts no responsibility.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever possible, in order to comply with anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Before your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter, identity verification (KYC) must be completed to the satisfaction of the Platform's compliance team.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by method. n1bajee aims to process approved withdrawals within one to three business days. Delays caused by payment providers, bank processing schedules, or pending verification steps are outside the Platform's direct control.
• n1bajee reserves the right to apply enhanced review to withdrawal requests that appear unusual in volume, frequency, or in the context of the player's betting history.

3.3 Currencies & Conversion

The Platform operates in BDT as its base currency. No currency conversion fees are applied by n1bajee when deposits and withdrawals are made in BDT. If your payment provider applies any conversion or service charge, that is a matter between you and your payment provider.

4. Bonus & Promotional Terms

n1bajee offers a range of bonuses and promotions to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus provisions set out in this section. In the event of a conflict between a specific offer's terms and these general Terms, the specific offer terms shall prevail for that promotion.

4.1 Wagering Requirements

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, all bonuses credited to your account are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The wagering requirement multiplier, eligible games, and validity period for each bonus are set out in the relevant promotion details page. Bets placed on games excluded from bonus wagering do not count toward the required turnover.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

n1bajee actively monitors bonus usage for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on high-return-to-player games solely to clear wagering requirements, creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once, coordinated play between multiple accounts, and placing opposing bets to reduce financial risk while satisfying wagering requirements. Any player found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance voided and, depending on the severity of the conduct, may have their account permanently closed.

4.3 VIP Programme

The n1bajee VIP programme comprises five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Black Diamond. Progression through the programme is based on qualifying wagering volume over defined assessment periods. VIP benefits — including cashback rates, withdrawal processing priority, and personal account manager access at Platinum and Black Diamond tiers — are governed by the VIP programme terms applicable at the time. n1bajee reserves the right to adjust tier thresholds, benefits, and assessment periods, and to re-evaluate a player's tier status at any time.

4.4 Seasonal Promotions

n1bajee runs promotional campaigns tied to major events and cultural occasions relevant to the Bangladesh market, including BPL season, T20 World Cup, IPL, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. These campaigns are time-limited and subject to their own specific terms. Players are encouraged to review promotion terms before opting in, as eligibility criteria, minimum deposit amounts, and wagering requirements vary between campaigns.

5. Player Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using n1bajee, you agree to use the platform solely for its intended purpose of legitimate personal entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or communication with the Platform.
• Registering or operating more than one account on n1bajee, whether in your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform's games, betting markets, or account management functions.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or unintended game behaviour to gain an unfair financial advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation are void.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players, including coordinating bets to guarantee outcomes or sharing account access for strategic purposes.
• Using the platform to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any other activity prohibited by applicable law.
• Conducting any activity on the platform that constitutes harassment, abuse, or threatening behaviour toward platform staff or other players.
• Attempting to access, reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the n1bajee platform, software, or content without prior written authorisation.

n1bajee reserves the right to take any combination of the following actions upon identifying a breach of this section: immediate account suspension pending investigation, permanent account closure, voiding of all pending and historical bets placed in connection with the breach, withholding of associated winnings, and reporting of conduct to relevant authorities where legally required.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the n1bajee platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, brand assets, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of n1bajee or its licensed content providers (including game studios such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, Microgaming, NetEnt, Spribe, and Ezugi) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the n1bajee platform for personal entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include the right to copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content for any commercial or non-personal purpose.

Any unauthorised use of n1bajee's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your n1bajee account at any time by contacting customer support. Before processing a closure request, the Platform will confirm that there are no pending withdrawal requests, open bets, or outstanding verification steps. Any remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following successful verification of your identity and source of funds.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by n1bajee

n1bajee reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable period when required.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other financial crime.
• Abuse of the bonus system or participation in organised bonus fraud.
• Identification of the account as a duplicate of another account held by the same individual.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under the Platform's responsible gaming tools.
• Circumstances beyond the Platform's control that make continued operation of the account inadvisable from a legal or compliance perspective.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic are strongly encouraged to use n1bajee's self-exclusion tools, available from the account settings page. Self-exclusion periods range from a short cooling-off break to permanent closure. During any active self-exclusion period, the account cannot be reopened regardless of the player's subsequent requests. 8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, n1bajee, its directors, employees, contractors, and technology partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive loss or damage arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gambling outcomes on the platform.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to technical maintenance, force majeure events, or third-party service outages.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any reliance on information published on the platform that is subsequently found to contain errors or omissions.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
